Sauna Hotel in South Tyrol – Stone Pine, Alpine Herbs & Deep Rest
Warmth and renewal: Finnish event sauna, herbal steam bath & panoramic rest lounges
Inside the saunas and quiet zones of Naturhotel Molin, alpine nature reveals its pure restorative power. Situated at 1,018 meters altitude right next to the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park, we combine soothing thermal heat, fragrant native stone pine timber, and wild alpine herbs to create deep restorative experiences. Deliberate hot-and-cold thermal contrasts strengthen the immune system, stimulate circulation, and relax muscles following mountain hikes or ski adventures in the Ahrntal Valley.

AROMA TEMPLE
Essential oils and essences are added to the warm, humid air at a temperature between 45 °C and 60 °C in the aroma temple. It is at this room climate that the aromas can really work their magic. Absorbed by breathing in and through the skin, they have a relaxing and invigorating effect and stimulate the metabolism.
STEAM BATH
With mild temperatures and humidity of 40 to 55%, the steam bath is especially suitable for people with circulatory problems. The humid air has a healthy effect on the respiratory tract and a noticeable beauty effect, which is enhanced when combined with peelings.
FINNISH SAUNA
The soothing original from the far north. The alternation of hot air baths and cooling down in the fresh air area or through cold water showers promotes circulation in the skin, trains the cardiovascular system and increases the body's own defences. The stimulated skin cleansing and cell renewal leave you glowing!
RESTING PLACES
After sweating, you can doze off in the comfortable relaxation room, read or watch the wonders of nature through the windows: the mountains, the forests, the snow, the rain. Moments of happiness and the best prospects for relaxation also blossom in the garden. Find your favourite spot on the newly designed sunbathing lawn with heavenly cabanas.
