Booking information & good to know – Naturhotel Molin in South Tyrol

When the reservation has been confirmed we ask that you pay a deposit at least of 
200 € per room within 2 weeks by bank transfer to the following account:

If you make the transfer at very short notice prior to your stay, we ask you to bring the receipt, because it can last up to a week, until the deposit is booked.

Please note that it is only possible to book a room category, not a specific room or floor.

Please let us know when you would like appointments when you book your room, and we will be happy to reserve the desired date and time.
If you cannot make an appointment in our wellness department please let us know at least 1 day in advance. If not we will charge 50% of the treatment price.
Beauty vouchers and included treatments can only be redeemed during the period of10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Thank you for your comprehension!

In case of reservation of a double room for single use, a surcharge of 30% of the regular room rate, depending on category, will apply. This surcharge does not apply to the single room.

 Validity of gift vouchers: 1 year from the date of issue. Extension of this validity or redemption in cash is not possible. Vouchers must be redeemed by the person names on the voucher.

Since December 6, 2011 it is in Italy by law no. 201/2011 no longer permitted to pay amounts exceeding 2,999.99 € in cash. However, the following payment methods are allowed: credit cards, non-transferable cheques, bank transfers. We accepted: Mastercard, Visa.

Contribution towards costs: 22,00 € per dog per day (please bring your own dog basket and blanket). Please note that dogs are not permitted in some suites as well as in the dining and wellness areas and on the sunbathing lawn. We reserve the right to charge for a room cleaning at the end of your stay.
To protect the unique flora and fauna, on most trails dogs must be kept on the leash.

We calculate a surcharge of 50% to the booked category for a late check out. This includes next to the room and our wellness buffet in the afternoon, and the use of the wellness area. This includes beside the room also our wellness buffet in the afternoon, as well as the use of the wellness area.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in any rooms or in the dining areas. Smoking is permitted on your balcony or in the „Schindelhannes“.

Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay, per provincial government decree, a tourist tax of 3.40 € per person/night to lastingly promote regional tourist attractions. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid locally.
 

Package weeks should be booked inadvance.
Only one special offer or discount applies per booking.

We reserve the right to correct mistakes in prices and to refer you to the correct price list.

Services which you do not make use of will not be refunded.

Reservation cancellations can only be accepted in writing.

Please inform us in time if you must cancel your vacation.

The following conditions for cancellation apply: For a cancellation within 30 days of the first date of arrival, an additional 30€ fee for the work will be added. For a cancellation between 30 and 10 days before the date of arrival, an additional 50% of the price of the purchase is added. For a cancellation within 10 and 1 day the first date of arrival will be added to 80% of the price of the purchase. In the case of arrival, the anticipatory part will be added to the cost of the camera for the intermittent period.

Tipp: Cancellation insurance: For 3 € per person per day you can get cover for all cancellation costs caused by accidents, illness or other serious personal reasons which apply to the insured. If you would not like to take out this insurance please
let us know when making your reservation.

When you arrive at the Bruneck Train Station (70 €) or at the airports in Innsbruck
(240 €) or Bolzano (Bozen - 220 €)we will be happy to meet you and bring you to the hotel. Of course, we will also bring you back for departure!
Prices are calculated per trip in the minibus.

The wellness board starts on the day of arrival at 2p.m. with our wellness buffet and ends on the day of arrival at 11a.m. after breakfast.

 

When a new price list is published all older price lists lose their validity. Errors excepted, and prices are subject to change.
